Beet & Dill House-Cured Salmon


We’ve taken local chum salmon and cured it for two days with a delicate blend of beet and dill to create this unique and vibrant fish. The beet provides a beautiful pop of colour while the dill and salt perfectly elevate the salmon’s natural flavour.

Try it as an easy and tasty snack with Jenny Marie’s Crackers and a swipe of local cheese topped with a sprig of dill, or get experimental and make this salmon the star of a homemade poké bowl!

Ingredients: Chum salmon, salt, beets, & dill.
