So your first fermentation is going well… now what? Not sure where to begin with flavouring? Christine will share her favourite techniques to flavour kombucha and why, and teach you how to pick the right ingredients to accompany your teas. This class is more suited to those who already know how to make kombucha or who have taken our level 1 class. Registration for level 1 is now open!!

  • Ready to flavour plain kombucha for 12 X 350ml bottles (4 litres)
  • 12x 350 ml swing top bottles
