Made with fresh local cauliflower and delicate pearl onions from Square Root Farm and Dan’s Farm in Saanichton, these sweet little pickles have just a touch of jalapeno heat and a tonne of tangy flavour. These tasty morsels are a fresh, crisp addition to a bowl of curry and rice for a bright contrast to the rich, creamy gravy. Or, serve them alongside pakoras or samosas!

Available in 125ml and 250ml jars.

Ingredients: Cauliflower, jalapeno, pearl onion, madras curry powder, apple cider vinegar, sugar, water, bay leaves.
