Fennel and Kohlrabi with Tarragon
For any lacto-ferment beginners out there, this ferment is a great jumping-off point. Made with fennel from the infamous Square Root Farm, local Kohlrabi, and a mild addition of tarragon. Pair this ferment with anything seafood related, such as a crab salad, cured salmon bagel or grilled halibut paired with a side of new potatoes.
Available in 500ml jars.
