Our Fire Roasted Corn Salsa uses corn fermented on the cob in a saltwater brine to produce a unique creamy texture and flavour. The tomatoes are roasted down and a medley of peppers (poblano, jalapeno, yellow and green bell) are charred directly over open flame to coax out their sweet and earthy flavours.
The sum of all these parts is one amazingly complex yet approachable salsa. Perfect as dip with chips, or dolloped on prawn tacos.
