Fol Epi Baguette (Frozen)
This crisp, fresh baguette from our friends over at Fol Epi Bakery is the perfect pair for our tomato soup or chowder. Topped with our House-Smoked Mozarella and Onion Jam, this baguette will add a rustic flair to any charcuterie board or appy platter. Fol Epi’s baguettes are made from stone-ground flour and baked in their brick oven.
This baguette is pre-baked and frozen. It can be warmed from frozen in a 350°C oven for 7-12 minutes.
Ingredients: 100% sifted red fife flour, commercial yeast, wild yeast.
This product is sold frozen.
