Hot & Sour Kimchi SCOBY Soup
Fermented kimchi provides this soup with a rich, complex hot & sour flavour profile. With a lingering undertone of umami, this soup becomes one part of a mighty tango when served with Dumpling Drop’s locally crafted dumplings and thick udon noodles.
Including some of Cultured Komucha’s heirloom S.C.O.B.Y., this soup contains some of the same health benefits as kombucha! Aiding in digestion and gut health via the S.C.O.B.Y.’s natural antioxidants, probiotics, protein and insoluble fibres! This soup also contains our house-made young kimchi, providing the distinct sour notes present in this dish.
Available in 750ml portions. (Please note the soup does not come with udon noodles).
