House-made Onion Jam


Our culinary team is proud of this one.

A good onion jam goes a long way. It is sweet, sticky, and caramelized goodness.

The process starts with a slow and gentle caramelization of the onions which are then deglazed with our homemade kombucha and apple cider vinegar. This hybrid vinegar is made using lapsang souchong tea and local apples. The onion jam is finished by seasoning with mustard seeds, tarragon and thyme.

Onion jam is extremely versatile: use it as a burger condiment, add it to your next charcuterie spread with cheese, crackers and salami, throw it on some pizza, or even use it to braise some chicken. Regardless of how you use it, it’s sure to bring a blast of flavour to your tastebuds.

Available in 125ml portions.

Ingredients: Onions, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, mustard seeds, salt, pepper, olive oil.

This product is shelf-stable until opened. Once opened, please keep refrigerated.
