Our lacto-fermented peach & habanero hot sauce is a play on the classic Trinidadian pepper sauce. Incorporating fermented peaches and carrots for a robust earthy sweetness, and fired up with habaneros, jalapeños, and hatch peppers – This hot sauce is the perfect addition to roti, chana masala, or even on oysters!

Ingredients: peach, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, jalapeno, hatch peppers, habanero, brown sugar, cumin, allspice, salt, pepper, mustard, grapeseed oil, white vinegar, cider vinegar.
