Lacto Fermented Pickled Carrots


Local carrots are a thing of wonder. Naturally sweet, slightly earthy, and with the most marvelous crunch. We aim to make these shine even brighter through natural fermentation, and with our Lacto Fermented Carrots, we have done just that.

Pleasantly salty, crunchy and naturally sweet, the lacto-fermentation enhances the carrots’ earthy qualities and we lean into it a little further with the addition of cumin.

Available in 250 ml or 500 ml jars.

Ingredients: Carrots, white onion, garlic, mustard seeds, bay leaf, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, chili flakes, tarragon, salt.

As this is a living product, please keep refrigerated.
