Kootenay Meadows’ Nostrala is a firm, organic cheese with mild earthy notes, a subtle creamy texture, and a pale golden interior resembling a firm Italian Fontina, often referred to as the Italian cousin of French Gruyere. Try it paired with Jenny’ Marie’s Sea Salt & Thyme Crackers or melted over a bowl of our house-made Beef Chilli.
