Pickled Sea Asparagus
Wild, locally foraged, Sea Asparagus pickled in a traditional brine.
In British Columbia, sea asparagus grows naturally during spring and summer. Haida Gwaii might be the most prolific and popular source for sea asparagus, but it is also found in most coastal B.C. waters, including the shores of Tofino, Ucluelet, and Pacific Rim National Park Reserve.
Available in 250 ml jars.
