This soulful comfort food is rich and creamy, made with local lingcod and house-smoked salmon. Our west coast ingredients shine in a classic New England Style chowder. A big bowl of chowder is the perfect way to warm up on a chilly day. Hearty enough for dinner and best served with a fresh piece of bread. 

While cooking, thin to desired consistency by adding milk or cream while bringing up to heat.

Ingredients: Lingcod, smoked salmon, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, garlic, seafood stock, corn, butter, flour, cream, milk, bay leaves, thyme, mustard powder, white wine, white pepper & salt.

Available in 1-liter portions. Add a Fol Epi Baguette for a hearty, filling meal.
