Smoked Wild Pacific Salmon 200g
We cut, cure, and smoke our wild chum salmon in house using organic cane sugar, and pacific sea salt coupled with time, patience, and local cherry wood. We then freeze the smoked salmon straight away to make sure you get the freshest product possible.
This smoked salmon is slightly sweet and hot-smoked for a firmer texture. It is extremely versatile and can be added to salads, cheese boards, pasta, sandwiches, or as a snack on its own!
Our smoked salmon is frozen and available in 200g vacuum sealed bags.
This product is sold frozen. Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated.
