Take & Make Steamed Swimming Scallops for 2
So much love goes into making something so simple. Our scallops are sourced from a deeply passionate fishing family based out of the Comox Valley. Our smoked tomato and lingcod belly broth is made in house every step of the way. We smoke the San Marzano tomatoes ourselves on local cherry wood and the lingcod was caught locally and cut in house.
This “take and make” Steamed Swimming Scallop Kit includes:
1lb Wild Swimming Scallops (harvested from the waters off Quadra Island)
750ml Smoked tomato & lingcod belly broth
Simply boil the broth, add the scallops, steam, and serve with a baguette (we recommend Working Culture Bread based in our rock bay neighbourhood). And if you are feeling fancy, go ahead and add a little chopped parsley and cream to finish it off.
Broth Ingredients: Smoked San Marzano tomatoes, lingcod belly stock, onion, garlic, olive oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, tarragon, rosemary.
This product is sold frozen. Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated.
