From coast, to coast, to coast: Canada’s cold ocean waters produce some of the best seafood on the planet. The majority of Canada’s seafood is sold overseas however by working with the fishermen directly we are proud to offer the best wild caught fish like Pacific Salmon, Lingcod, Halibut, Rockfish, Nunavut Arctic Char, and many other species that can be tracked and traced back to when, how and where they were caught. We also offer locally harvested shellfish including Spot Prawns, Swimming Scallops, Oysters and more.

Our offerings are designed with the intention of working with the other ingredients to create amazing meals.
