Special announcement! We at the market have a beautiful teaching space available for our local artisan friends to teach their craft. This room is equipped with a teaching space, work space, full kitchen, and of course a cozy atmosphere.

The Greenhouse classroom will be available to rent weekdays after 6pm and any time on weekends.

It's always heartbreaking to see a local business

It's always heartbreaking to see a local business shut down, especially one as special as Haltwhistle Cheese Company. As the last of our supply dwindles of their lovely cheese we wanted to send some love and gratitude for their contributions to the food scene on the island. They were known for producing some of the most delicious and unique local cheeses, using milk from their own sheep & goats, and cows milk from a farm just down the street.

The company had a loyal following and was a staple of the community. Their closure is a loss for us all. We will sure miss seeing them at the farmers markets as well as putting their cheese on our snack platters and pop up menus! @haltwhistlecheese we wish you all the best!!
