Kimchi

Kimchi is a fermented Korean staple food and popular side dish for millions of people. It has long been admired for its health benefits, spicy/salty flavour, and pleasant crunchy texture.

Our kimchi was prepared using traditional methods and fermented for a brief time to retain the lovely fresh textures of the vegetables used. Enjoy it alongside steamed dumplings, a bowl of rice, or stewed with ground pork and eggplant.

Ingredients: Cabbage, daikon, green onion, fish sauce, garlic, chili, ginger.

Available in 500ml portions.
